A full classic set typically takes about one hour. We also allow additional time at the start of every appointment for a brief consultation and lash mapping, so the design is tailored to your eye shape and natural lash health.

We recommend a fill every two to three weeks to maintain a full, polished look. Allowing the set to grow out past three weeks can compromise the overall shape and impact retention going forward.

When applied correctly, lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. Each extension is isolated to a single natural lash and sized appropriately to its strength, ensuring it is never overloaded. Damage typically occurs only as a result of improper technique or oversized extensions.

Please arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, eyeliner, and any oil-based products around the eye area. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, removing contact lenses if possible, and arriving on time so we can make full use of your appointment window.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Yes, with a few considerations. We ask that you avoid mascara, all waterproof formulas, and any oil-based cleansers or makeup removers, as these will break down the adhesive and shorten the life of your set. A foam or micellar cleanser formulated for lash extensions is ideal, and we recommend avoiding direct rubbing of the eye area.
